- Core J-lens computation (batched per-layer, per-token gradient method)

- Upstream nanoGPT model code copied to src/

Architecture: Computes d(log_p(token))/d(residual_stream) averaged
over corpus contexts, replicating Anthropic's Jacobian Lens technique.
