Add xAI (Grok) batch API support
- Add XAIBatchProvider class implementing BatchProvider ABC
- Add --provider CLI argument to judge_runner (anthropic|xai)
- Refactor Judge class to use BatchProvider instead of direct API calls
- Update tests for new Judge constructor signature
